tg66 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights

1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tg66 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of all services offered at tg66.my, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and payment services.

1.2 By registering an account, accessing any part of the tg66 platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.3 tg66 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. All services are provided in English. The platform currency is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and all account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wager amounts are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.4 These Terms apply to all registered users, regardless of whether they access the platform via desktop browser, mobile web browser, or any other device or interface.

1.5 tg66 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. In the case of material changes, the Platform will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent in-platform notification. Non-material updates (such as grammatical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be implemented without prior notice.

1.6 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English version of these Terms shall prevail.

1.7 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Account Registration

2.1 To access the full range of tg66 services — including placing real-money wagers and processing BDT deposits or withdrawals — you must register a tg66 account. Registration is free of charge.

2.2 During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number associated with a Bangladeshi mobile network operator. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) tg66 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — are prohibited. tg66 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings accrued through them.

2.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tg66 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. tg66 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.

2.5 You must notify tg66 support immediately at support@tg66.my if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. tg66 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that occurred prior to the Platform receiving such notification.

2.6 KYC Identity Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, tg66 requires all account holders to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Acceptable documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport. Providing false, altered, or fraudulent documents in support of a KYC application is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure and referral to the appropriate authorities.

2.7 tg66 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requesting additional identity documents, proof of funds, or source-of-wealth declarations. Failure to cooperate with such requests within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Age Restriction

3.1 tg66 is strictly an adults-only platform. Access to all real-money services — including casino games, sports betting, and any form of wagering — is limited to individuals who are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during account use.

3.2 By registering a tg66 account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. tg66 will verify your age as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made will be returned to the payment source, and any winnings generated will be forfeited in their entirety.

3.3 If you are a parent or guardian and have reason to believe that a minor in your care has registered a tg66 account or accessed the Platform, please contact us immediately at support@tg66.my so that we can take prompt corrective action.

3.4 tg66 strongly encourages the use of parental control and internet filtering software to prevent underage access to online gambling platforms. We endorse responsible digital parenting as part of our broader commitment to player protection.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 tg66 supports BDT deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location within Bangladesh and applicable network conditions.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set per payment method and are displayed within your tg66 account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

4.3 Verified Withdrawals Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that are registered in your own name and have been verified as part of the KYC process. tg66 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, regardless of the stated relationship between the account holder and the third party.

4.4 tg66 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval. Processing times may vary based on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable security review. tg66 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider or intermediary banks.

4.5 Deposits made to your tg66 account are final and non-refundable once the funds have been used to place wagers. If you wish to request a refund of an unused deposit balance, contact support@tg66.my. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to anti-money-laundering compliance checks.

4.6 tg66 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own fees, for which tg66 bears no responsibility.

4.7 All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity as part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist-financing (CTF) obligations. tg66 reserves the right to suspend a transaction pending further investigation and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 tg66 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh-relevant events.

5.2 Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and an expiry window. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a "30x wagering requirement on a ৳2,000 bonus" means ৳60,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.

5.4 Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active. Unless otherwise specified, the maximum bet per spin or per wager while a bonus is active is ৳500. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided without notice.

5.5 Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies designed to generate guaranteed profit — commonly known as "bonus abuse", "bonus whoring", or "advantage play" — is a breach of these Terms. tg66 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in such cases.

5.6 tg66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed and partially completed shall be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of claiming.

5.7 Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. In cases of conflicting promotion terms, the more recently published specific terms shall prevail.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 tg66 offers casino games and sports betting products sourced from reputable third-party providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the individual game provider's rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

6.2 All tg66 casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are set and certified by the respective game provider and are not altered by tg66. tg66 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a live session, tg66 reserves the right to void any wager placed during the affected period and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. Any winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction period may be voided. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a principle applied across all tg66 game categories.

6.4 Sports betting odds are set by tg66 in accordance with prevailing market conditions and are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is accepted and a reference number is issued, the odds are locked and cannot be altered retrospectively.

6.5 tg66 reserves the right to void a sports bet — and return the stake to the player's account — in circumstances including but not limited to: postponed or abandoned events, obvious pricing errors, irregular betting patterns indicative of match-fixing, or unavailability of an official result within a reasonable timeframe.

6.6 The use of automated betting bots, scripting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place wagers on tg66 is strictly prohibited. Accounts found using automated tools will be suspended and all associated winnings voided.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 tg66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms or that continued account activity poses a risk to the Platform, its players, or third parties.

7.2 Grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one tg66 account.
• Being under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any point during account use.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks, disputed transactions, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in casino games or sports betting.
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Use of automated betting tools or scripts.
• Any conduct that tg66 reasonably considers to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward Platform staff or other players.

7.3 Voluntary Closure & Self-Exclusion. You may request the closure of your tg66 account at any time by contacting support@tg66.my. If you are closing your account due to concerns about problem gambling, tg66 strongly encourages you to also activate a self-exclusion order, which will prevent re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period. 7.4 Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by tg66 — any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that has not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending AML review.

7.5 tg66's decision in respect of account suspension or closure is final. Appeals may be submitted to support@tg66.my within 30 days of the closure notification. tg66 will acknowledge all appeals and provide a written response within 14 business days.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

8.1 tg66 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform uptime, the availability of any specific game, market, or payment method is not guaranteed at all times. tg66 shall not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of any service.

8.2 tg66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if tg66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Gambling involves risk. By using tg66, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. tg66 does not guarantee any outcome, return, or profit from any wager placed on the Platform. You are solely responsible for the wagering decisions you make.

8.4 tg66 is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third-party game providers, even where their games are accessed via the tg66 platform. Disputes relating to specific game outcomes governed by a third-party provider's certified RNG shall be directed to that provider in the first instance.

8.5 tg66 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and employs appropriate technical and organisational security measures. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security against all conceivable threats. tg66 shall not be liable for security incidents resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party cyberattacks or infrastructure failures.

8.6 These Terms, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or the tg66 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tg66 is incorporated. By using the Platform, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute.

8.7 If you have a complaint about any aspect of the tg66 service, please contact our support team at support@tg66.my in the first instance. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. We are committed to resolving all legitimate complaints fairly and transparently.
